These are the perfect little brunch bite! They are SOOO easy to throw together and customizable as well! Take your favorite quiche ingredient and just divide it into premade phyllo dough! Plus, you can make a whole bunch of different flavors as well. Start with your quiche base, and then add in flavors to different mini phyllo doughs. It will make it look like you spent so much time throwing together all these mini quiches, when really it took a few minutes and bakes so quickly!

Mini Quiche

Prep time: 5-10 minutes | Cook time: Ingredients:

  • 24 phyllo dough shells

Quiche base:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional add ins:

  • Diced ham, different cheese (gouda, mozzarella, swiss, feta, etc.), bacon, spinach, peppers, broccoli, mushroom, sausage, etc.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep your toppings and mix your eggs, milk, garlic powder and cheeses you are using.

Add parchment paper to your baking sheet and place phyllo dough shells on it. Spoon the egg mixture into the phyllo shells until they are about 3/4 full. Add ham (or other fillings) and top with more cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or until eggs are puffy and no longer jiggly.
