Boursin Bruschetta

Stop what you’re doing and go buy Boursin cheese immediately. Bruschetta and Boursin…this dip is always a good idea. Serve it with crackers or bread and it’ll be devoured before you can say party!

If you love traditional bruschetta, this upgraded version is about to become your entire personality this summer. We’re swapping the usual mozzarella for a creamy, garlicky base of Boursin cheese, and honestly? Life-changing.

It’s zero-cook, takes 15 minutes, and looks like a gourmet restaurant appetizer.

Boursin Bruschetta

Prep time: 15 minutes

Serving: 6-8

Ingredients:

  • 2 Boursin rounds (I made 2 different plates of this)
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 c Parmesan, grated
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chopped basil (chiffonade)
  • Top with balsamic glaze

Instructions

Chop tomatoes, add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan, and chopped basil to a bowl and stir. Let sit for a few minutes.

Spread a Boursin rounds out on a plate. Top with bruschetta and balsamic glaze.
