McGriddle Muffins
These were an awesome breakfast addition this past week…protein ✔️, homemade ✔️, tasted like pancakes and all my kids loved them ✔️. Will definitely be making this on rotation!
McGriddle Muffins
Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 15-20 minutes
Serving size: 12 muffins
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 lb ground breakfast sausage, cooked and cooled
- 2/3 c milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 c maple syrup
Instructions
Brown your sausage, drain, and set aside to let cool. Mix all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and sausage and mix together.
Scoop into muffin pan and bake at 375 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with another drizzle of maple syrup and enjoy!
