Peach Cobbler Ice Cream

Jump to Recipe

Pro tip——make my peach cobbler….eat half of it….and then turn it into the best ice cream you’ll ever have. I tend to do this a lot, actually…make a ton of a cobbler/crisp/brownie type thing…and then add it to my homemade ice cream base. It turns out to be the best ice cream, and trust me when I say that homemade ice cream is far superior to store-bought. This ice cream may not be a traditional way to make ice cream, but it is delicious and easy!

Peach Cobbler Ice Cream

For this ice cream...you need to make the peach cobbler first: Here is my recipe: https://www.ramaekers.life/blog/peach-cobbler?rq=peach%20cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

**1/4 - 1/2 peach cobbler dessert - cut up and throw in at the last 3 minutes.

Instructions

Combine the sugar, heavy whipping cream, whole milk, salt and vanilla. Whisk it all together and pour into your ice cream maker. Let the ice cream maker cream for 20 minutes. Add in the chopped up peach cobbler and let mix for 3 more minutes.

Pour into your favorite ice cream containers (mine are here: https://amzn.to/4abiXdW). Freeze for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
