Do you ever have those recipes that you just need to be a part of your collection of recipes, but you could probably make them in your sleep? This is one of those recipes. You’ve probably had it many times over the years…I used to know these by the rolled up version…but this is just as good, if not better, and you get to serve it on a cracker—I’m sold!

If you’re like Kristina, why are you sharing a recipe that everyone has…well, because when I am attending a party and trying to think about what I want to bring…I want to remember the classics along with all the fun new recipes I’ve tried. After all, nothing is wrong with a good classic dip!

Pickle Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 packages dried beef, chopped
  • 32 oz pickles, chopped
  • Ritz Crackers for serving

Instructions:

Mix cream cheese and sour cream with a hand mixer until smooth and thoroughly mixed. Add dried beef and pickles and mix with a spoon.

Chill until ready to serve with crackers. Enjoy!
