Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Spinach Artichoke dip might be the oldest appetizer ever known…but for good reason. It’s good! This one is so creamy and delicious. Serve with chips, crackers, or bread! Such a great and easy appetizer!
Spinach Artichoke Dip
Prep time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 8-10
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/3 c mayo
- 3/4 c sour cream
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3/4 c grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 - 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 oz frozen spinach (defrosted, drained, and squeeze out moisture)
- 1/2 c shredded gruyere cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees° F.
Combine all of the ingredients (chopping up artichokes and spinach before adding) except the gruyere cheese.
Place in 8x8 baking dish, top with gruyere and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with chips, crackers, naan bread, or any other kind of bread for dipping.
